Two hour on-line workshops – 10.20.30


Often when things get chaotic or unstructured, it is difficult to stay motivated and consistent with our practices. Of course, this is really when we would all benefit most from consistency and structure, and the space and clarity our practice can give us.


In this two hour workshop, we will learn the structure of 10.20.30 – an hour long daily practice that includes 10 minutes of journaling, 20 minutes of silent sitting, and 30 minutes of movement. We will explore ideas and prompts for journaling,  ideas and considerations to keep our silent sitting generative and suggestions, tips and structures for a 30 minute movement segment.


At the end of this workshop, each participant will leave with a creative and inspiring daily practice and renewed commitment to finding time for ourselves in these strange days so that we can continue meet the world with optimism, activism and true presence.
