Welcome to the Autumn Contemplative Retreat

Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for joining me on this retreat where we will dive deeply into yoga as a mystic and contemplative tradition, and ways in which we can ritualize our own lives to bring Spirit more fully into our everyday interactions.

All levels of experience, all faith backgrounds, and all levels of professional applications are welcomed and celebrated!

This retreat is for you. Below you will find a form that gives basic information about housing, food and a little about your own practice and experience. I would like to tailor this retreat for you, so please don’t be shy – let me know what you most want to bring to the retreat, and what you most want to get out of it and I will be honored to take your ideas and desires and weave them into the training. If you have any other questions or information that you need me to know that is not included on the form, just send it to me in an email.

2020 Autumn Contemplative Retreat

Please fill out this form completely to register for the Fall 2019 Contemplative Retreat at the Guild, October 30 - November 6.
  • Food will be vegetarian. Do you have any allergic dietary restrictions (we cannot accommodate food preferences)? Please be as clear and specific as possible. For example, please do not write, “I prefer to not eat too much wheat” or “I usually don’t eat eggs.” We really need to know what you can and CANNOT eat so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Quiet time is 6am-9am and 9:00pm-on, every night. All lights are to be out by 10:00pm.
  • Please share a little about how long you've been practicing yoga, frequency of practice, styles, teachers, influential workshops, etc.
