Your retreat leaders:

Molly Lannon Kenny has been teaching yoga and interfaith practices for over two decades. In terms of this retreat, Molly leads from a place of having left her entire business, community and life behind to relocate to Mexico. During this time, she has navigated the catastrophic loss of her sister, then her brother, then her nephew, all in the space of five years, while working up the courage and capacity to leave her marriage of 18 years. Molly brings wisdom, compassion, patience and practice to this week of resting and resetting.

E.B. Ferdig is a yoga educator and health & life coach who brings a calming, loving presence to her work. Over the past two years, she's embraced powerful life changes, including coming out as a lesbian, navigating empty nesting, and thriving in entrepreneurship. Now, with clarity, energy, and inspiration, she empowers others to navigate their own midlife journeys

Each day will include morning practice and meditation, afternoon singing and evening vespers.

There will be plenty of time to rest, walk, sleep, and eat delicious food three times a day. There are hammocks to swing in, trails to hike, ample space to just roam or just be.
