Ducks in a row? Let’s take the ick factor out of planning for death.
Most of us don’t spend a lot of time thinking about, or much less, planning our own deaths.
But the “end well” and “Death Cafe” movements are growing and we are recognizing now more than ever the need to talk about death and dying, to plan for our own deaths, and to begin getting our ducks in a row. The more we do in terms of planning, the easier it will be on the people around us who will need to take care of our affairs once we have died.
In this monthlong series, we will have four 90 minute sessions in which we can talk about our own ideas, plans and questions, and most of all, begin to create some basic informal documents that help us to gather our thoughts, put some plans and wishes in writing, and to take the ickiness out of talking about death and dying.
This will be an uplifting and very practical series. This is for ANYONE who ever plans on dying.
$180, $150 if registered by September 15.
Zoom link will be provided upon receipt of payment.
